1.1 All Retreat Practitioner Listings are correct at time of advertisement and sale. Should a practitioner not be able to attend, an alternative practitioner will be secured and the event will continue as planned. No refunds or exchanges due to practitioner changes are possible.

1.2 All Retreat Event Locations are correct at time of advertisement and sale. Should a venue change due to changes in the venue availability or policy, an alternative location within 20km of the original venue will be secured and the event will continue as planned. No refunds or exchanges due to venue changes are possible.

1.3 WELLNESS WORLD LLC nor any of the facilitators or service providers contracted to the event will accept liability, damage of any nature or otherwise due to a participant taking part in an event.
2.1 All Retreat bookings with WELLNESS WORLD LLC are 100% refundable less bank charges within the first 48 hours of payment or are 80% refundable less bank charges within the first week of payment unless the payment is made within 30 days of the selected event. Thereafter, there will be no refunds on the deposit.
2.2 Payment in full is required to reserve each place at the retreat.

2.3 Bookings are transferable, i.e. you can nominate someone else to take your place if you cannot travel at any time before the original check-in date of the event.
