12.30 – 2.30pm Kambo Experience (including rest with sacred sounds)

2.30pm – 3.00pm Sharing circle while serving herbal tea and fruit in the room

3.00 – 3.45pm Nourishing and ground Soup & Salad – out of the room

4 – 5pm Three-body meditation integration
