India has always been a dream destination for me, but I was nervous of going alone as a woman coming from Saudi Arabia. The Soul Sisters Retreat in Kerala with Amal and Amany was just what I needed. I enjoyed delicious detox cuisine, superb Ayurvedic massage, excellent yoga, movement meditation, exciting cultural immersions and the warmth of new friendships. The list goes on. I'm hooked! I would go again on any Wellness World Retreat. . . Count me in
